Sunset Hike @ Johns Family (Cedar Mountain)

Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM
Come join us on the NEW alternative route to the top of Cedar Mountain at Johns Family Nature Conservancy this Sunday. Meeting time 6:15pm. Departure time 6:30pm. Requires 850 m drive on a dirt road (doable by all vehicles). Park closes at 9 pm. It's a moderate, but short, hike with 2 STEEP SECTIONS. Never any charge to join us; we don't even accept tips!
Bring a flashlight (headlamp preferred), poles, bear spray if you have it, 1 litre or more water, snacks and whatever else you need to be happy. If you're not comfortable hiking in the dark, DO NOT ATTEND. We'll be returning during dusk.
WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED to hike with us. You can do this inside your account, or pen and paper on arrival.
